There are two kinds of people in the world. The first type are least bothered about their health, are blindly stressing their bodies beyond repair and the second type who don’t leave even a single stone unturned to maintain good health. Being able to manage good health, devoid of any kind of mental or physical stress is the biggest godhead most of us strive to achieve. We all know it isn’t that easy. You could say I am more aware about my health now and take better care towards keeping myself smiling.
